25 May 2011 is there any limit for drawing remuneration for whole time directors

25 May 2011 You have not mention the kind of company.. anyway if that is Private Company than no restriction on remunration limit of director. But if that is Public company than you should have to comply the provision of companies act, 1956.
Maximum remunration to whole time director is 5% of Net profit calculted in accordance with sec. 349/350 of companies act,1956. overall limit for all director is not exceed more than 11% of net profit
