31 October 2015 Dear sir Despite of having 2 years of experiance after being ca why the ca's are getting only 5 to 6 P A why shouldnt they are getting 8 to 9 or 10 lakhs please reply please reply

experience doesn't mean everything... exp means they must have knowledge of working,skills. confidence level to work hard and add value to the organization they are working
