Dear sir Despite of having 2 years of experiance after being ca why the ca's are getting only 5 to 6 P A why shouldnt they are getting 8 to 9 or 10 lakhs please reply please reply

that depends on market.. even ca are getting 4 lac after 4 year of experience...
experience doesn't mean everything... exp means they must have knowledge of working,skills. confidence level to work hard and add value to the organization they are working
