Relief u/s 89(1) - please help

Dear Experts ,
I have Filed ITR of my Client on 1st July 2016 in which i claimed arrears relief of Rs 20000 . But I filed 10E form on 12 July 2016 . I received intimation u/s 143(1) giving me no relief u/s 89(1) column as such my refund was reduced by 20000.
Please help how I can claim balance refund.
