Relief benefit u/s 89 not given

21 October 2015 i have e-filed a friend's return for AY 15-16 for Rs 1879530/- and claimed a refund of rs 51000 after claiming relief u/s 89 of rs 54237. details of return are

less 80C 150000
less 80G 2680
Total income 1879530
Tax payable 400525(388859+11666(edu ces)
relief u/s 89 54237
total tax liab 346288
TDS 397288
refund 51000

salary income include arrears of rs 610685 for AY 10-11 to AY 14-15 for which i have claimed relief u/s 89 for 54237 but in intimation received u/s 143(1) there is not given benefit of relief u/s 89 and they have sent a demand of rs 3240. please guide what to do ?

21 October 2015 how to EFILE form 10E please describe the procedure.

21 October 2015 in e return there was no option of filing Form 10E and now how can i efile only single Form 10E . please let me know correct treatment and procedure.

Click on e-file.

Click on 'prepare and submit forms other than ITR'

Select 10E in the appearing screen.

Proceed as per directions displayed.
