09 August 2008 1.open an existing file.
2.Choose save as from file option located at the top left hand side.
3.After doing this a window appears.In that window tools option will be appearing on the top right hand side.Click it and select general option from this.give password and enter.Give again password to confirm and enter.save the file.Replace the existing file by selecting yes.
