10 December 2009 HI,

while attending securitiny case WE HAVE SUBMITTED COMPLETE ADDRESS OF ALL SUNDRY DEBTORS/CREDITORS AS SAME IS ASKED BY ACIT,

AFTER SUBMITTING THE ACIT ISSUE NOTICES TO ALL DEBTORS/CREDITIOR FOR CONFIRMATION BUT FEW NOTICE'S IS RETURN DUE TO EITHER OFFICES IS CLOSED OR THE OFFICES IS SHIFTED.
NOW THE ACIT IS TOLD US FILE REPLY OTHERWISE HE WILL REJECT THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

AND WHAT REPLY SHOULD I FILE.

PLEASE THIS IS URGEND .

11 December 2009 He cannot do so merely becoz some confirmation had not been received.......He had to rely on Audited books of accounts.....there are lots of case decesion favoring your case
in case he rejects the books , you have to file appeal before CIT (A)....you will succeed
