Reimbursement of excess examination fee

26 November 2011 hello sir my name is satish and my Reg.no.SRO0213832 and i am pursuing IPCC. I paid examination fee for group-I for two times at first time it was failed at the generation of PDF file so again i applied for the exam. In instructions i read that the excess fee paid by any student on same reg.no will be refunded in 45 days.But i did not get reimbursement of excess examination fee will u suggest me what i have to do now when will i get my fee refund back.
