Registration u/s 12a and 80g

Dear sir ji
i apply online for registration under section 12A and 80 G for a " GOSALA" on 13/01/2018 through incometaxindiaefiling portal and received a confirmation mail from department as ......
Dear JAI HARI GURU JAGRAMDAS GOSHALA SAMITI,
"The e-Filing of form 10A for 2017-18 has been successfully submitted and your Transaction ID is 4883535143.
The Acknowledgement Number is 363490170130118 .
No further action needed from your end. The submitted Form would be sent for further processing. In case there is any
discrepancy, a notification will be sent to your registered e-mail. Kindly check for email from e-Filing."
since almost 3 month has gone but i don't recieve any communication from department
my query that
1. department give certificate of registration within 180 days without followup?
2. if any folloup is nececery then where i contact(like AO / Commisnor) ??

if they have any question, they will reach out to you. Wait for the communication from their side. If they do not issue certificate or ask any questions within six months, reach out to the jurisdictional officer

Generally in 12AA & 80G registration they take a long time to reply. When I apply I got reply after 6 months. So,wait for it.
Either you can call to IT Deptt to know the current status of your application.
