20 December 2014 Mr X wants to start the milk dairy business, he want to register his firm,
As milk is exempt from vat ,,,, is there still need for the registration of tin for firm registration ?????

20 December 2014 there is diff-2 vat rate in in every state.
pls check with your state vat act. normally for that if you are partnership then partnership deed, partner address, id proof, surety, security ( in some state it is not applicable) and list of goods in which you want to deal and with some fee with your bank detail.

23 December 2014 sir, but milk is exempt in schedule of hvat?,,

exempt business k liye bhi tin no lena padega business kholne k liye?
