I want to get trademark register in Delhi. Please let me know the procedure for registration of Trademark and documents required alongwith formats

HI
1.you should provide your brand name with LOGO
2.the consultant will do the dearch in trademark journal after these you will receive a result whether the trademark is available or not
3.if it is availabel then we need to prepare the application with in 15 days you will receive provisonal certifcate then you can use TM on your brand name
4.the complete registration process will take 1 year after receiving the original RC you can use R mark on your brand name
for more details contact your local Lawyer,consultant
