A Private Limited Company has recently started its business and the turnover is much below the limit of Rs. 9 Lacs.
They want to get themselves registered under service tax immediately.

yes, a person can take voluntary service tax registration.

After taking voluntary registration he can opt to collect the service tax and avail the input credit even before reaching 10 lacs threshold limit.
