I want to register the Association of persons. Where I register the AOP. I want Legal status of AOP because AOP wants to apply in UIT for issue of Land.

Hi Nirmal,
There is no need for any registration. Just prepare a memorandum/agreement/deed amongst the persons who has joint together for a specific purpose on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- .
There is no office for registration of AOP. Partnership firm which is not as per the partnership Act is also treated as AOP.
