Registration letter of ipcc

11 December 2012 I have been registered to IPCC in the direct entry scheme on 13 Sep 2012 but till date have not received the registration letter from the institute.

Also i have tried a lot to contact with them Via telephone but had't turn favorable.

Please tell how would i request them to issue a duplicate copy of registration letter, if they had already issued.
