Registration in income tax site

dear sir,
I regestered as individual assesse on 2014 in income tax site. I got otp through mobile also. but unfortunately I forgot to activate my account there after. but now Iam required to file my return.
when I log in to site, it says not regestered,. if I go for again regester it says already registered.even no use of options of forgot password, resend activation Link. what to do. how can I log in successfully. us there any alternative for log in.
