Which form is used to apply for new Service Tax Registration number??

For service tax registration, application need to be give in Form ST-1. Need to apply online only, visit www.aces.gov.in for complete details

The expert is correct. Before registration You can avail the small scale exemption of 10 lacs, unless you want the service tax is to be collected from the first bill onwards.
