11 November 2016 If Total turnover including Mfg. Sale + Job work or labour charges shown in Vat Return is more than 150 lacs. Then should they prepare for excise Registration ? Are they eligible for excise Registration?

16 November 2016 Job work charges and labour charges will not be count for SSI exemption. Only manufacturing sale will be count for SSI exemption.
