Registration confirmation letter

i'm an inter student. i have registered for cpt entrance exam but i did not receive my confirmation letter through post.i have applied in april 2011. i have to write cpt in june 2012. what should i do to get cpt confirmation letter or duplicate of it.

plz guide me
