Dear all,
we have made turnover 120lakh from april to jan 2011, now we got 50lakh purchase orders, now we are planed to go for excise, what is the procedure

You can bill 30 lakhs without excise and 20 lakhs with excise. You may mention in bill that exemption claimed under 8/2003 for Rs., 30 lakhs.
