sir please provide the checklist of documents required for service tax registration.

1) Hard copy of Form ST-1 uploaded through www.aces.gov.in
2) Copy of PAN Card.
3) Proof of residence / office as applicable.
4) Copy of the constitution, ie partnership deed/ certificate of incorporation/ MOA/AOA as may be applicable.
5) Power of attorney is required in respect of authorized persons.
