i am a web developer, and doing my work without any registration.
But now i want to give a training Certificate to trainee and student Is there any registration is required under companies act or service tax
and can i register only in service tax without company registration????

Under what status you are operating your business!
If you are doing alone then you are proprietor & no need regn under co. act.
ST registration is sufficient.
