as per my knowledge if the cc limit of the bank is 2000000/-, the calculation will be cc limit/75 x 100. Is it right for submitting stock value in stock statement to bank?

Yes you are correct. For CC limit of Rs 20 Lacs your Stock & book debt value should be ----
20/75*100= Rs 26.67 lacs
20/75*100= Rs 26.67 lacs
