dear expert,
i(PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM)am service provider as INSURANCE AGENT by name "mateshwari & co.,I had registered under auxiliary service of insurance business on 04/06/2013( New registration w.e.f 04-06-2013). will st-2 be surrendered ?
Because i an coming under reverse charge mechanism

As per notification 15/2012-ST dated 17/03/2012 you are not liable to pay service tax. Hence ST registration can be very well surrendered.
