11 June 2013 will insurance agent(individual) be applied for registration under service even if he is coming under reverse charge mechanism & gross taxable service is more than 10 lac?
if yes,please tell me about to file st-3 procedure & mean by gross taxable service.
will premium be included in gross taxable service?

insurance agent not required to apply for any registration..

Under reverse charge mechanism Insurance company only is responsible for liability of servicetax
