Regarding salary tds deduction for the f.y 2014-2015

24 April 2014 Dear All,

Anybody having any income tax circular regarding deduction of Salary Tax on monthly on regular basis in the whole year.

Earlier we are deducting Tax on estimated basis but now we are hear it is mandatory to deduct TAX on every months on equal basis but still we are not having any departmental circular for showing to our employees.

Please arrange to send departmental circular in this regard.

24 April 2014 assuming that the salary remains constant throughout the year and that the employee doesn't change his tax declaration, the deduction, earlier and now, was supposed to be equal for each month.

Any change in salary or tax declaration will result in change in TDS amount. For this deductor is not responsible as long after each change the correct tds is deducted prospectively.

Section 192 provides for estimated basis on average rate of tax as it does consider the possibilities of change in salary in future.
