sir,
if a scrap dealer pays excise duty on goods purchased by him,& if he wants to claim the duty (refund) he has to register for excise?or is there is any way he can claim the refund? and plz tell the procedure in brief for reg under excise.. thanks

Exporter can only claim the refund of cenvat credit.
