Since yesterday is the last date of payment of TDS (Which is a public holiday),we are paying it today and my query is that whether we have to pay any interest along with the TDS amount.(we are paying through e-payment)

Yes you need to pay along with interest on late deposit of TDS @1.5% per month or part thereof.
