Regarding intimation 143(1)

10 December 2014 I am filed my aunty income tax return for the Asst Year :2014-15 (ITR-) on 15/07/2014, and i will send my Acknowledgement with Signature on 13/11/2014,Until now i didn't receive my Intimation Order U/s.143(1),further i will go
to incometax site and put the request for the order . i will the find dialogue box named No Order Exists for the Asst Year :2014-15.Please tell me the remedy,Thanks in Advance

10 December 2014 You should have sent the acknowledgment within 120 days. In view of delay file the return again.

10 December 2014 Please log in to e filing site and see receipt of acknowledgement. If acknowledgment is received wait for 143(1) order. If acknowledgment is not received and not accepted file fresh return.

11 December 2014 Yeah im already received the cpc receipt.but I put a request to sec .143(1) in my account blog for the asst year :2014-15 they shows that no order exists for the year.

11 December 2014 Your 143(1) will be processed since you received cpc receipt. Wait for 60 days you will receive 143(1) intimation.
