We need about information for Pvt. Ltd Company having Total Turnover during A.Y.2015 - 16 Is Approx 80 Lac & now confirm which form ITR form is applicable & last date return filling

For All companies irrespective of any turnover ITR6 is applicable. Due date of filing of return is 30.09.2015.
