My Salary Structure is as follows:

Basic: 7687
HRA: 3834
Conveyance 800
Other Allow 5616
Medical 1250
-------------------
Gross 19617
Professn Tax 200
LWF 012
-------------------
Net Salary 18955/-


I am paying a rent of 3700/- per month.
I need to know do I have to do any investment declaration other than my Housing rent.

Please suggest asap.
