20 June 2016 can I file itr-4 by disclosing only profits under 44AD if I am having only business income and no other income, as itr-4 insisting by banker to get a loan.

20 June 2016 i dont think a banker can insist on a particular form of ITR. Banking institute has no right to decide the type of form to be filled by the assessee. Try to resolve this msconception of the concerned bank official
