I want small confirmation , do we need follow new compliance for filing ITR for companies (i.e. private and public ) also , or only for sec .44ab i.e. if turnover exceeds as per specified limit for other than companies for a.y. 13-14.

Yes,,efiling of tax audit report applicable only to those companies subject to audit under section 44AB
