Regarding filing of income tax return

i want to file a return in Income tax india.gov.in....
last year one of my friend file a return of my cousin but this year we both forget password,when i am trying to change the password, system is asking for some secret questions to answer but that also we didnt remember so what is the alternative to change the passward and file the return online.

please share your suggestion AEAP...

31 July 2012 Now you can reset the password using last year efiling acknowledgement number & bank a/c. number or PAN details or secret questions any one. so efiling acknowledgement number & bank account number easily you can get, use that and reset the password

31 July 2012 if i am giving PAN details it is saying there is a mismatch of data you entered.

but i am giving the data as per PAN, but it is not accepting.

31 July 2012 send mail to, validate@incometaxindia.gov.in having following details

PAN,
Name of the assessee as appearing in the PAN card,
Date of Birth / Date of incorporation,
Name of the Father as appearing in the PAN card
Address
Mobile number
Registered email id.

The ITD will send its response via email.
