26 May 2012 SIR,

PLEASE SEND THE FILING DATE FOR THE AY2012-13, FOR BUSINESS PERSONS, AND AM ALSO UNABLE GET THE ITR4 FROM THE GOVT SITE.
PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARDS

26 May 2012 Due date of filing the return for assessees who are not required to get their accounts audited is 31st July, 2012.

For assessees who are required to get their accounts audited, due date is 30th September, 2012.

26 May 2012 The forms are not released on the first day itself. They are released after a few days.

You can file anytime before the due date as soon as the forms are released.
