Regarding execution of form 102

10 December 2014 Sir i take Termination of articles and i re joined articles under another CA,but didn't sent and execute form 102 and 103 yet..I want to sent now..so for execution of form 102 the non judicial stamp paper is required. My question is articleship period is counted from which date.for example joining date is say OCT 21 2014 and date on non judicial stamp paper is on NOV 10 2014...please replay soon..

11 December 2014 should be from 21.10.2014................but u dont need to submit to icai and only to ur ca new u need to file.
