I have a doubt that is a:- A Pvt Limited company What are all The documents Should maintained in Employees Personal Files. And as per PF ACT(ESI not Applicable )
And what are all the documents necessary to maintained.

The PF Act and Rules prescribe certain documents and registers to be maintained it is advisable to download this from the internet as any book will not be uptodate.
