Dear sir,
I want to claim TDS Refund for the a.y 2011-12 but i have not filed the return till 31st July.Can i File the return now and whether i will get the refund or not?

yes. you can file the return now and get refund.
Further you can file the return upto 31.3.2012 without any penalties.
