Regarding company incorporation

Can anyone tell me the procedure after filling of Form 1,18,32 for company Incorporation means How Much Days the ROC takes for reply and weather they send the certificate of Incorporation at the registered office or we have to go there personally for collection.

It will take 10 to 15 days to get the company registered. you will get a copy on the email mentioned and also the singed copy will be send to registered address.

Digitally signed incorporation certificate will be sent to the e-mail id within a working day or two which can be downloaded using a colour printer for using as original certificate. Now ROC will not sent certificate of incorporation through post.
