This is sirisha,i want small clarification when one Company auditor name is some X person, but signed in documents relating annual returns of that company with the ROC by another auditor,
Is it accepted by the ROC?

Please See the Auditors Appointment letter for the same financial year in which you have raised the query.

16 July 2013 the company is incorporated in 2001 from that financial year no annual returns filed, in 2013 the company wants fil annual returns from 2007 onwards, from the date of incorporation no auditor to be appointed.
