i purchased TAX FREE GOOD from gujrat,i hv to issue c form or not?

If in your state the goods are tax free you may not issue C form. But if the same goods are taxable in gujrat then the party will demand C form. In that case you have to show your purchases as OMS purchase of taxfree goods. And then you can issue c form.
