Regarding 108 form

I have filed form 108 in which i wrote 17-08-11 to 20-10-2014 as period of training with 215 leaves and i dint know i had to file another form for extension and now my boss has received a letter stating "the period of articles is not valid and change the completion date to 16/8/14 alongwith the corresponding leaves taken for our persual and further action" and make a DD of 100 rs because i filed the form on 10/12/14. Kindly advise me as to what should i do?

Do as directed by that letter. ICAI is for your BENEFITs and not your enemy... It is suggesting you the CORRECT procedure..

First thing is articleship period... which is three years...i.e. 17/08/2011 to 16/08/2014.
once this is through, ICAI will inform you about the excess leave and the additional period to be served by you...
AT that point of time submit your proofs for the articleship done by you from 17/08/2014 to 10/12/2014
Make it FIFO basis...ok?

you have to file form 108 for the period for which you file form 102
