I HAVE FILED MY IT RETURN FOR THE ASST.YEAR 2014-15 ON 19.07.2014.
MY MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME IS RENTAL INCOME AND BUSINESS LOSS
WITH A REFUND OF RS.1,02,290/-.
WHILE FILING MY IT RETURN, I HAVE NOT FURNISHED MY BALANCE SHEET. DUE
TO THAT THE CPC HAS ISSUED A NOTICE U/S.139(9) DT: 13.08.2015. BY OVERSIGHT,
I HAVE NOT RECTIFY THE SAME IN THE PRESCRIBED TIME LIMIT.
NOW I HAVE RECEIVED AN ORDER U/S.139(9) DT: 28.02.2016 TREATING MY IT RETURN
AS INVALID RETURN.
HOW CAN I MAKE MY INVALID RETURN AS A VALID ONE AND GET THE IT REFUND
OF RS.1,02,290/-.
