Dear Sir,
Suppose cpc processed the original return on 20-10-2012 and issued the refund of Rs. 25000/-, whereas assessee has filed a revised return and claimed refund of Rs. 38000/- on 20-09-2012.
Whether the cpc will issue another cheque for remaining amount?
Please advise me.

If your tax payment claiming in your return and showing in form 26AS matches only, CPC will process the return otherwise they will not process the return as well as refund untill you revise or correct the return
