12 April 2014 I have a client who is currently employee as Indian Army, he haven't filed his income tax return till date for any A.Y. What is procedure if he wish to get refund on amount of TDS deducted on his salary.

Refund can be claimed through filing Income Tax Return only.

12 April 2014 Sir thank you for your answer. Sir is there any other procedure by Government for Indian Armies regarding return filing & refund? If refund is available for previous Assessment Years also please tell me the procedure.

14 April 2014 So to get refund in future I should suggest him to file his Income tax return. However, can I file a belated return for AY 2013-14 sir?

14 April 2014 Yes.

IT Return of AY 2013-14 can be filed up till 31.03.2015.
