Refund of service tax

26 March 2015 Dear Experts,

I have a client who has dealing in retail online marketing. He has paid service tax on commission invoice to Flipkart, Jobang etc. My client is also registered under service tax act. can he claim the input on service tax paid on Commission Invoice. He is paid sales tax on good sale. He has deal only in sale tax.

Please suggest me.
