I REMINDED TO THE CONCENRED A.O. FOR THE RELEASE OF REFUND OF A.Y.2009-10 IN WRITTEN.
BUT YET AFTER 30 DAYS, ANY REPLY OR RESPOND NOT RECEIVED FROM A.O. OR IT DPT.
SO WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO GET REFUND QUICKLY?
TO GO TO GRAVIENCE CELL IS PROPER OR NOT?
WHERE IS IT SITUATED? (I AM FROM RAJKOT-GUJ)
OR PLEASE SUGGEST ANY OTHER WAY..

NOW IT DEPARTMENT HAS TAKEN INITIATIVES TO CLEAR THE REFUND AND INTIMATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.SO NO NEED TO DO ANYTHING.REFUND WILL AUTOMATICALLY COME.
