Dear all,
i want to take refund of my fringe benefit tax stands in my books of accounts of A.Y. 09-10. what is the procedure for the same...kindly revert

Try refund by filing a petition before the Commissioner of Income tax citing CBDT circular. 2/2010, dated 29-1-2010.
