I have submit my return for refund purpose, refund issued by the Income tax department but, my refund returned for not given proper address. so sir please tell me the process of refund return.

If your return filed through e-filing then there is an option refund re-issue request use that option and get back your refund by providing proper address or you can choose ECS option at their.
The option is available after login into your account at efiling site with your PAN number under MY ACCOUNT Option this request option is available.
In case if you filed it manual then write a letter to your AO with the request of reissue with the new and correct communication details with the details of refunded cheque returned.
