one of assessee who case selected for scrutiny proceeding. later assesssee go to ITAT and later ITAT orfer pass in favour of assessee noe i claim to refund to income tax with interest which formate to letter of application to incometax department.

There is no fixed format. You may claim refund by making a simple application mentioning the order of ITAT in your favor along with a copy of ITAT order. In any case you should first wait for department itself giving appeal effect order since it is under obligation to do so.
