17 June 2016 one of assessee who case selected for scrutiny proceeding. later assesssee go to ITAT and later ITAT orfer pass in favour of assessee noe i claim to refund to income tax with interest which formate to letter of application to incometax department.

21 June 2016 There is no fixed format. You may claim refund by making a simple application mentioning the order of ITAT in your favor along with a copy of ITAT order. In any case you should first wait for department itself giving appeal effect order since it is under obligation to do so.
