If your ITR is filed before due date, and it mentions refund, it would automatically come in stipulated time (Provided IT Department agrees with your numbers)

sir the problem is that at the time of assessment, TDS was not deposited by the deductor. After the assessment is over TDS is deposited by the deductor how to claim it

Verify the Form 26AS to check the TDS credits. If the TDS credits are available in form 26AS, file rectification request u/s.154 to claim the refund.
