for an individual how can we claim refund of tax nd for how many years we can claim refund. I have a tax refund of 2007-2008 previous year. can I claim it and how

No chance . Last date was 30-09-2015. Inference is from CBDT Circular 9/2015 (para 3) dated 09-06-2015.
